They did the right thing standing with the Ostrich farm
Last year rented the 120 ft lift straight forward pricing great machine ran excellent this year rented a 65 ft lift straight and it ran horrible but we had to get the job done at the end of the day they charged me extra for 4 hours and left the lift there for three days anyways Ended up being a lot more money than what was discussed Horrible experience would never rent anything there again , will be closing my account
The guy that sits to the right of the customer counter is the most rudest person ever, he has no desire to assist anyone. It's obvious that he doesn't to want to be there. I asked for an estimate on a scissor lift, you would of that I was asking him to do something out of the scope of a rental business. Just a jerk.
This was my first time utilizing the Sunbelt rentals. I was very happy with the results. The Staff was amazing very friendly and professional. The prices are more than fair and the equipment was top notch. I was not exactly sure what equipment I needed. The staff asked me what the project was and then recommended The right equipment for the job rent a 34 foot bucket, which was in brand new condition had no issues as an easy pick up and drop off. Sunbelt has the best people to take care of your rental needs. Ty and Monica are efficient, accurate and friendly in helping to set up your order. They were great in listening to what you are trying to do and offered suggestions of other needed equipment that turned out to be essential. Their pricing beat every other vendor in the area. Working at Sunbelt Climate Control, is like asking monkeys to pilot the space shuttle to the moon. Horiffic business models to indice new recruits only to expect and plan for their failures, so they can demote, deflate and rehire, all at the expense of understaffed, power hunger middle management that will plan, lie, manipulate data to gain bonuses unearned.
