George was compassionate, understanding and amiable. My 4 y/o is special needs and was injured during his last cut (out of state) so I was preparing for a battle to cut his hair with a new barber. Initially, he was anxious and moved a bit - but George kindly (and on his own) switched out the shaver which alleviated his anxiety. George was done in no time and the cut looked amazing. John, has truly made my transition to short hair easy and comfortable. He listens to what you want, but he is also very honest with his feedback. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and nothing but great vibes. Highly recommend!
