James-The real MVP! Tonight we arrived at 6:15pm and we were given a wait time of 45 minutes. At 7:15, James told us it would be another 15 minutes as the outdoor guests were lingering and enjoying the music. He apologized and offered us a drink while we waited. He personally shortly after on the upstairs patio. A waitress came over and told us that we could not seat ourselves. We told her that James had seated us and her response was "James who??"
