While having work done on my wife's acoustic (work which Guitar Center said was impossible), my daughters and I met Anthony in the acoustic area. He didn't mind that we weren't shopping for a new guitar. Instead he introduced himself to my 2 girls and gave some great words of encouragement to my 9 year old who just started playing a few weeks ago. First time at George's and what a great experience! The employees were very welcoming when we entered. Jace, a store manager assisted me with re-stringing my right-handed Fender to left-handed - after I was told by Guitar Center that it was not possible and would cost me well over $100.00; George's cost was 20.00. Jace advised of store events and offered lots of advice. Anthony was so helpful in letting me take my time and to make sure that I tried several guitars before deciding. I got a great guitar at a great price.
