George came by today to fix my snowblower today. Found the issue pretty quick. Patched everything up and he even every spent some time with me explaining better practices and maintenance routines. That's what you call customer service.

George came by yesterday afternoon to service my gas walkbehind lawnmower. He was professional, polite, on time, responsive, clean and a genuinely nice person. He mentioned that he’s been working on small engine repairs for more than 20 years, and that he loves it, and it shows. He also gave a ton of useful tips and advice regarding my lawnmower and how to maintain it. He charged exactly what he quoted. Definitely a highly recommended and reliable contact for all your lawnmowers and snowblowers.

My friction disc was worn out but one wheel was seized on the axle and would not come off. George responded to every email quickly. He showed up early for our appointment. Though every video said you have to remove the wheel to repair the friction disc George simply said “no you don’t”. In 90 minutes the job was done. Plus he cleaned and oiled all parts and finally tested the unit to make sure everything was working. Very knowledgeable and very candid. Thanks George.
