Was bugs in my food nasty food would not give me my money back
We just walked out. Sat for ten minutes while staff huddled behind the counter and we weren't acknowledged. Food sitting under the warmers waiting to be taken to tables that was there when we had come in.
Service is horrible. My son & I sat for over a half hour before someone tod us there waould be a delay. We left. I will not go back.
If less than one star was an option I would have used that. The kids meals corn dogs were burnt and could not be eaten. The air conditioner has been broke for a couple of months and it was a steamy 87 degrees in there. This used to be my favorite place to eat, unfortunately they lost a customer permanently.
I ordered a beef, onion,& jalapeño pizza. They forgot the beef. And it's my fault!! Now I'm stuck with an onion& jalapeño pizza.
Food was yummy and the service was great. (Even on this holiday weekend)
The restaurant was 85 degrees. There were bugs on the salad bar. My husband ordered a steak, and it literally came back raw. We got a to go box and went home to grill it ourselves in a clean kitchen.
