I called today to get my AC repaired. I've called before and they did an outstanding job. This time around they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, their website states free estimates. The guy informed me he is too busy and charges diagnostic fees when he is busy. So unprofessional and talk about false advertisement. I felt I was getting conned, so I ended up not hiring them. Sad, I've used them for years.
