Friendly?Guess i asked too many questions as a new customer. I was told right from the start we weren’t going to be a good fit! Not looking for a date just an oil change. They had to remove a tire to change a serpentine belt and in the process broke off one of the lug nuts. Tried to tell me it was the fault of whoever put the wheel on ( not their fault for breaking it) and wanted to charge $160 to repair it. Eventually they relented and fixed it no charge and told me never to come back there again! ( No soup for me) .Guess G... read more
Professional service, honest and efficient
Was told to drop my truck off and they'd look at it call with a price, 2 days later when I call to see what's going on they say they can't fix it they would new a new computer program but they still charged 436 dollars, when I went in they said they Don't want customers unhappy so they'd split the difference but when I looked at my debit card they went ahead and charged me the full amount . They may have been a good shop 25 years ago but time has passed them by along with technology
I had a disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. A young worker first said fixing the tire hole would cost $25, then immediately changed it to $35. Yes, the tire was fixed, but nobody likes feeling fooled about the price. Just so people know; you can drive one block away on River Road and get the same repair for about half the price.
Don’t go there I got charged $10 for air in my tires and the guy is so rude
