RecommendedGood Diner food. Try the diner blt
My mom and I Came in from out of town and ate here for the first time. They had a wide variety to choose from on the menu and the waitress was wonderful. She was very nice and did a great job being so attentive to our needs.We didn’t get a chance to try the desserts because we were so full from our meal, but hopefully will be able to come back next time we’re in town and try those yummy looking desserts. I also love their logo. Would recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

We absolutely love Elmo’s ♥️. We are from out of town, but we travel to Durham quite often. Before leaving town, we have brunch before our 7 hour drive home. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and perfectly prepared. If you are near Duke University, give it a try.

Stopped by Elmo's for lunch today. Food was great as usual. My problem was with a young man cleaning the round mirrors above the juice machine, soda machine, ice cream bowls, shake machine, and counterspace. What he was doing was spraying the cleaner onto the mirror with all the over spray landing on all of the above mentioned items. I mentioned it to the 'manager' and he told me there was no open food there. I then told him he should tell the child how to clean. which he did. Very nasty man. Excellent service, food was fabulous! Recommend the chicken and dumplings, roasted turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, bacon green beans and . . .blueberry crumb cake. We are busting at the seems!
