My husband and I have been coming by their little market for the past few months. We love their meat selections and their deals are amazing. Today we purchased 7 of their mixed burgers. Tho Cowboy, The Aloha, and dome 3 cheese mixes. The Aloha has pineapples mixed in, combined with other ingredients and it was absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Hands down the BEST butcher in the Valley! David and his team are so friendly and knowledgeable with prices and quality that can’t be beat.
This is our butcher of choice for good reason. We live in NY but make the two hour trip periodically to fill our freezer with beef, pork, and lamb of quality that we cannot come close to matching here. It ends up being an all day trip but we are pleased with the results. Dave is very accommodating our order along with generous give-aways. Wow! This is unlike anything else that we have experienced. We highly recommend Clover Farms.
Value for Money. I have been shopping at the Allentown Farmers Market for about 10 years and have shopped just about every store in the market. Clover Farms is by far the best in the marketplace and the quality of the meats are consistently superb. The owner Dave, and his entire crew will treat you like family will even give some pointers about how to best cook the meals. This is an excellent butcher shop. They have an immense assortment of burgers. They are very friendly and have plenty of specials and deals. Lastly I recently purchased a ribeye steak that was one of the best steaks I have ever had at home. It was amazing and was better than USDA Prime stuff. Give them a shot next time you are at the farmers market.
