RecommendedI have never had a problem with George’s cleaners before, but they sure messed up this time!! I took my sons fire academy uniforms in for cleaning and pressing on Friday February 16th, agreed to pay extra so I could pick them up on Saturday ( son has class on Tuesday and wanted to make SURE we had the uniforms back ) so I go Saturday afternoon to pick them up (Quartz hill location) and Carlos tells me that he does not have them, says he will find out what happened and call me. George's Cleaners is AWESOME ! I had dry cleaning to pick up in their Quartz Hill store. I was in Lancaster with a pair of pants that needed to be fixed. The young man asked me if I would like the pants deliver to QH so I could get everything at once. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service!
Greta place. I have been using them for years with no issues. Great customer service. The only place I go for dry cleaning.
