I have been a customer of George's for years now and have built a great rapport with the owners as well as the staff members. Within the past year I have been looking for another distributor. The customer service used to be top notch, and has sadly declined. When I used to call in I was warmly greeted with a friendly voice and given information immediately, now the girl in the morning is in a rush to get off the phone, makes inappropriate comments and is simply unprofessional. I seen them drop a tray of bread on warehouse floor put in back in trays gross steer clear of this place and bread is really crunchy pebble from the floor rat drop on tray left out side all night long
