This company is ABOVE AND BEYOND outstanding. The customer service blows my mind. The repair was perfect and when they hit hiccups (on my part) they were still so kind about everything. Even brought in my packages and hang laundry bc there was a storm.
We had a 16 month old GE refrigerator that died. Bottom line, George’s had great phone communication, came a day earlier than our extended warranty company told us they were scheduled for. David, our tech, was outstanding. Came back after initial visit and troubleshooting to complete the job the same day. Super personable and professional. Can’t say enough!!! A+++ review
I was having problems with my stackable washer. Very professional and so nice. Made sure everything was working properly. Wish I had new of them sooner. But the only ones I’ll ever call again
Very pleased with their service! I tried calling multiple repair places in this area, but this was the only one that ever got back to me. Even though they were busy, they were quick to respond, and fit us in within the week. The technician was great, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. He had lots of good advice. Also saved us a ton of money. Very affordable. Very good communication. The dishwasher is working great. Highly recommend.
We're so grateful for their quick responses and effective service. They communicated quickly and came out to help us with an emergency same day.
