Please do not use this company. We had them come look at our dryer because it was not working and we couldn’t figure out why. When they finally responded to my inquiry, they came out to do what they said would be half an hour service call to see what was wrong and or fix the issue if possible. The guy showed up and was at our house for MAYBE 10 minutes. He barely spoke to us but when we asked why he was leaving he said he couldn’t help, it was our ducts. They had the part I needed to repair my oven in stock. The only problem is I feel like the employee should be more knowledgeable.
We made a service appointment through Whirlpool support, and the issue we were having made me think we were totally screwed, but thankfully George’s came through. Communication was top notch, and Benjamin was able to fix our motherboard issue in under 10 minutes - very friendly and courteous as well. 100% will use this service again if needed & I highly recommend!

We had a warranty covered issue with the washing machine. The tech came out analyzed the issue and ordered the replacement part. Came back and installed a new circuit board. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
