Thank you Brian! Called the shop about my car and a shake it had, was told to bring it out and he’d squeeze me in. He wasn’t able to fix it but probably saved me hundreds of dollars,a wreck and my safety and my grandkids. Parts are ordered. He’ll fix it Monday. I truly appreciate your honesty. I was happy to leave it and find a ride home.
RecommendedGeorge is an amazing man. My daughter's van broke down at Northwestern school. George came to our rescue and worked on the van for about an hour. We finally got it to his garage. He was honest about the repairs. Highly recommended!
They always squeeze me in and get my car all fixed up!
Went to George's after seeing good reviews. Unfortunately for me I should have gone elsewhere. They pressed my Timken wheel bearings in and in less than 2 months and less than 3k miles the inner race cracked and gouged the hub and destroyed the outer seal. The spindles were installed elsewhere and torqued with a snap on torque wrench with weight off the vehicle. Maybe this was a one time mess up, but I won't be going back.
The honesty and above and beyond customer service Customer service is a lost art but not at George's . Brian was so fast also. George called me later to tell me he found me two matching used tires !!!!!!
They always treat Customer's fair & Square-best repair shop in the area-:)
They always go above and beyond my expectations with their service and price. They truly care about their customers.
