Do not purchase a home built by George Ann construction. We have leaks all throughout our house. We just found out that they never placed anything under the siding. There is just the wool and the siding. I have to spend thousands now to have my siding removed and have it all fixed. The builder cut corners on every aspect of the house. You will be very sorry if you purchase a home that his company built.
