Dr Zimmerman performed surgery on my husbands arm for a bicep tear and tendon repair. He was amazing. Bed side manner was wonderful follow through with Dr Zimmerman and his staff was amazing. This was my husbands first time ever having any surgery and they made him feel very comfortable with everything.
I'm thankful for Dr. Zimmerman's knowledge and talent. He performed my total hip replacement 4 months ago and gave me back the ability to walk without hip pain. He was thoughtful, kind and considerate each time I saw him before and after surgery.
Absolutely wonderful doctor! Fantastic bedside manner, great surgeon. I was back playing golf 6 weeks after knee replacement. He really takes the time to listen, and truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Zimmerman!!
Dr. George Zimmerman, while he was at St. Francis Hospital, Columbus, GA, replaced both of my knees, both of my shoulders and my left hip. I just had my right replaced by Dr. Randall Ruark whom he recommended highly. Dr. Zimmerman will treat you like a friend in and out of the office. He has great bed manners and is a good and friendly person. I recommend him very highly. I highly recommend him.
PT and Drs do not talk- when there is a delay getting an appointment, the patient is accused of not following through. When they do not know how to fix the pain they send you to endless rounds of physical therapy. Stop going to him a few months and he thinks he cured you and wants to know why you are back.
I thought he was very short and not very considerate as a doctor or a person. I would not recommend him at all for your orthopedic needs.
Dr. Zimmerman Set up my surgery before getting my insurance approved . Sent me to pre-op testing and accepted my payment then called and told me my insurance denied my surgery then refused to talk to my insurance company. its all good though because i will get a refund in 12 to 14 weeks. No clue yet what the hospital is gonna charge me for pre-op testing . At the end of the story I'm 420.00 bucks broker and still in pain . Thanks Doc. Your de bomb.
I do not have insurance and broke both of my ankles. He saw me onexplain time and sent me for an MRI. After paying $400 for the scans he would not see me again until I paid his Balance off as well of $700.
