At my 1st PT appt. for severe back & neck pain, I met with a PTist who did measurements, range of motion, etc. to come up with a plan. She told me, however, that this was her last day & that I would be assigned another PTist on my next visit. WHAT?? Why didn't they give me the PTist I would be working with on the very 1st visit? Why not be consistent? I met my new PTist at next visit -- "met" being the key word because, although I "met" her, she NEVER actually "worked" with me, NEVER did ANY PT with me EVER. I visited three times to this place and was not pleased. The employees were always too busy to really pay attention. The last time I went I told them I was having leg pain all day. A certain employee told me to get on bike anyway. I got on bike and they still had me do my regular routine. Eventually I had electric therapy. "Bad Idea" because it turned out I had a clot in my leg and this could have moved my clot.(luckily I went to doctor the next day because I could barely walk) He seemed shocked when I could barely walk out ... read more
Absolutely dreadful experience with PVSM billing, where they incorrectly billed me for two sessions (out of only six total!), could not tell me what dates of treatment these "unpaid" sessions were, and ultimately forced me to find and fax to them all my monthly credit card statements to prove to them(!) I did in fact make payment for all six sessions of treatment on so they would stop billing me and threatening me with collections.For all my hassle, I received one mumbled apology for the PVSM billing employee after I indigna... read more
