A great dive to hang out in. – I use to go to Webbs when to food was good and the service was even better. It was 24/7 back then in the late 70's. Now the food is so-so at best and the old timer staff as all moved on. The Chili is still bearable, as for the hambergers it is more like a very thin layer of meat paste now.
