I cannot say enough good things about this place. Today (Superbowl Sunday) I had a tv with sound and no picture. I was on the phone with cable twice and they said after several tests that it wasn't cable, it was the tv. I called several tv repair places not really expecting a return call until Monday. Well Mark Scheuren called me back and saved my sanity (and Superbowl). He had a tv on sale and would bring it by on his way home, for me. He went way above and beyond. Great experience this week! My refrigerator died this Wednesday. I called the store and a service man was at my house in an hour. He had to order a part and they offered me a loaner which I didn't need. Thursday they called me and said my part was back ordered and Friday afternoon a new refrigerator showed up. I would never buy a appliance from any but them. Customer service is important! Thank you George Washington Toma!! You are the best!
Great Experience buying a Washing Machine
I had a great experience at this store. The salespeople were very educated about their appliances and were ready and willing to help me make the right selection. I purchased my new range after 31 years of using my old faithful and it was a pretty hard decision to replace her. Tracy was my salesperson's name. She was friendly and so helpful. I will definitely go back there to purchase my next appliance! I will let you know how the stove works out. I will have it this Thursday!!! Can't wait!
