I walked in to enquire about an apartment, walked into the common space (stage room) and some crotchety old geezer told me I can't be in that building or that room with a scowl on his face. I'd very much not want to live next to someone like that unless I was desperate and that was the last place on earth to rent. Sad, cause I went to school in that building as a kid.
Horrible management. I’m not even a resident there but have been by for 2 weeks straight to speak with someone. Never a response at the door, no number to contact for emergency. The residents say they can NEVER get anyone to address issues. This is sad for elderly residents when the age requirement is 62+. Definitely contacting someone at state level. Do better!!
