One of the best doctors! -j
I initially had an appointment with a doctor, they changed my appointment to another doctor without even consulting me. I arrived to my appointment early and I got in the room AN HOUR AFTER my scheduled appointment. When I got in the room, they told me they could only address two concerns at the time, something that they should inform in advance. Disappointing how they waste people’s time but they don’t want to give you a second more of theirs.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but it’s been over a month since I saw Dr. Ring and her office was supposed to call in a prescription and follow up with me to schedule a procedure, and neither was done. I tried calling her office twice and was on hold for so long that I hung up. I emailed an office assistant who doesn’t work for Dr. Ring, but whose email I had from scheduling an appointment for my son in the same office with a different doctor, and she told me she would forward my message to Dr. Ring’s assistant. The office staff were so kind and efficient, and Dr. Ring was absolutely wonderful - informative & knowledgeable, but personal and warm too. I’ll be back!
