If I could give zero stars I would. My mom has been complaining about her hip incision and when she brought it up to Dr. Vincent he dismissed her and said “don’t be silly”. The lack of compassion was very disappointing after he was highly recommended. Then when my mom told him about her knee pain he said it’s just the arthritis and gave her a shot. Please do better.
Disappointed in the entire experience.
When I listen to how Dr. Vincent speak with his patients he really cares and has such compassion. He is has truly helped me with my knee pain
