George was very personable. I had a really hard time getting into a reputable body shop, and insurance was insisting I get my car fixed from the hail damage right away on my Genesis, so I settled for this business. My car was with him for a few months. My vehicle's app showed that it was driven to a shop in Hutto, where it sat. And sat. Eventually, the car was returned to me. George was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me options for repair of several minor dings in my SUV that more than met my expectations. Turn around time was quick and he communicated with me through the process. I would recommend him for any level of car body repair. He even popped on the outside cover of my side view mirror at no cost. I would give him a 5 rating.

Swung by Georgetown Autobody on Shell Rd after a parking block ripped off my front bumper. George rebuilt the tabs on the broken bumper and reattached it, same day within a few hours. He's real easy going and offered some other advice to me, told me I'm missing a mud shield underneath and offered to install it for free if I got the part.
I don’t recommend this place.
