If I can give this place zero stars I would. It’s been going on three weeks now they have not returned my suits. They have not bothered to pick up the phone or respond to any of the voicemails that I’ve left. It seems like they don’t care they’ll come and pick up your clothes, but if they don’t know where it needs to go, they just don’t bother with it If it wasn’t for The fact that my company uses this service to clean the uniforms, I would never bring my clothes to them very irresponsible and non-responding company.

I started using George Torpe for dry cleaning several months ago after a number of issues with another of NYC’s “luxury” cleaners (which charged a fortune and repeatedly lost/broke the buttons on a Zegna suit I sent in). George Torpe was recommended by a well-known high fashion boutique that I contacted about having my tuxedo cleaned.
