After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, I was finally told that this office refuses to see patients who haven’t received a COVID-19 vaccination. In 2026, that policy feels outdated, rigid, and completely disconnected from how much guidance and public understanding have evolved. If this is a non-negotiable requirement, it should be clearly stated upfront instead of wasting people’s time.
