My husband and I set out to purchase our first home in January 2024 and settled on one in Legacy Estates. We waited for the next phase of houses, signed the contract in early March, put up the ******* money, and sent it off to the builder. We tried to follow up with the builder, but literally could not get a response from anyone. Our realtor had to contact her lawyers and have them send the builder a letter because they had held our $3,000 ******* money for too long, 22 days to be exact, without signing our contract. Worst builder EVER! Buyers beware their contracts give the builder all the control and the buyer with NO REPERCUSSIONS. Builder can delay but buyer pays a daily fee for delays. Several people telling me they have constant problems with these homes being poorly built and lots of nail pops, creaking floors and builder never came back and addressed the problems.

I moved into my newly built home 12/2022, the basement leaked, water entering from underneath door and the deck above, black mold on unfinished basement ceilings beams, cracks on basement and garage floor came a month later, closet door opened into the closet, door frames cracked, LVT floor lifting, uneven sub flooring, nail prints in LVT flooring, kitchen island too close to wall cabinets and not straight, windows not locking, Drywall on ceilings has lines where each panel meets the next, drywall corner beads are not square... read more

Horrible - Quality and Service. Let me start with just a few of the things that they expected us to accept at move in Back door I could put my whole hand and wrist out from under it - then there was the dishwasher that wasn't installed correctly - they did replace it but had to drill a place in my kitchen floor to put the electrical to the dishwash this included cutting a hole in the bottom of my kitchen cabinet... then there was a HOLE in the side - A HOLE the size of a softball they didn't want to fix - now lets move to th... read more

My husband and I found a home and were set to close. We had everything lined up and at the last minute our Lender stated we had some issues with the paperwork that was no fault of ours. We simply put in a request for a 10 day extension and the Agent denied it. Because we did not use their preferred Lender. They will be keeping our money due to this. I feel they are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are rude and are not in the business obviously to sell homes. We are first time home buyers and... read more

Poor quality homes that are built with the minimum. Cracked driveway, cracks where walls meet, shim fell out of the kitchen cabinet where they had it rigged. Doors don't close, nail pops thru out. Tubs scratched where when they were building they threw building materials in tubs for storage. Back yard is mush pit, grass won't grow. Floor missing tile near fireplace they did come out to attempt to fix it but cut the entire fireplace block. Doors for the exterior have gaps.
