I used one of those brand name commercial exterminator for years and they were unreliable and never really got rid of the problem. Dan was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. He also investigated to let us know where the ants were coming from and why. Plugged up a carpenter bee in our wooden deck - haven't had problems since (3 yrs now). Will call again in a heartbeat if we have any future needs.
