Very expensive place to get plumbing and electrical parts

Bad customer service and high prices. I prefer to go to the local hardware stores first and I decided to give GTS another chance after a previous bad experience. Customer service is just as bad as it is always been. None of the inventory is labeled with any prices, and when you ask for help good luck. I was the only person in the store, yet the two workers sat behind the counter staring at their phones for w0 minutes while I walked around looking for parts and pieces. It was pulling teeth to get help, and the man behind the counter said all their pipe is pex A when some is clearly not...I'll drive to Durango instead.
