Went to a second location before we found what we needed. A guy at the first thought they didn't stock a super common plumbing part and at the second, we had to stop one guy from bringing back parts because each time he returned from the warehouse he had a part that was more different from ours than the last. Finally, one guy was able to get us a part we could use.
After countless trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot where you can’t find anyone to help, this was an unexpected gem of a surprise. Tell them your (plumbing) problems, and they bring out every single piece you need and recommend the best value based on your situation. Absolutely blew our minds in today’s world, and I can’t imagine how much we saved by avoiding calling a plumber.
Insanely overpriced! I can't do enough business as an irrigation company to get decent pricing. For example, they charge $13.50 ish for a 1" viega no stop coupling, and i can get the same one at home depot for $10.58, yet they won't price match. I ought to get those fittings under $8 as a legit contractor, but they refuse to provide any contractor pricing unless i hit some insane sales number. Screw them. Avoid these price gouging a holes. I was trying to hook up a European bidet, but for warmer water I wanted to hook it up to the sink line instead of the toilet line. I went to Lowe's because it was closer but their lack of knowledge had me coming and going with little success. I then called Brook at George T Sanders, branch #3, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and invited me to come in.
