Long time Ferguson customer. Then we moved to Colorado. Ferguson sucks here. I mean BAD. My neighbor said to go to GTS. Sent the wife in to get me parts. Told her to be ready for dumb questions by dumb arses. When she returned, she told me her experience was top notch. Jess helped her several times and was thorough with her order and offered alternatives as they didnt carry a specialty item. George T Sanders was amazing! My water heater went out Dan went above and beyond and was very honest. I purchased on Thursday and by Friday I had my new one delivered. Dan gave me 4 plumbers to call and could not have been more happy with the choice. I highly recommend thank you!
Bought a replacement water heater from Home Depot for my home. Wanted to get it installed. Their installer wanted $1,630 to install it! Called my past plumber. He wanted even more. Returned the water heater to HD and visited my Brighton George T. Sanders store. Great people, even better advice. I ended up buying a better water heater from them. Wouldn't fit in my van.
