Back surgery 2018 In my seventies young seventies.lol. Dr. Stefanis and Medical Staff are wonderful!!!! Caring..they want to make sure you get better & are there for you all the way.....The lady who handles the insurance was on top of insurance so friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff are very kind and wanting to help anyway they can. Back surgery was very painful. With Dr. Stefanis and his medical staff encouraging me, it was worth having surgery. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. There was lots of available parking at their office. I went into for my appointment which had been scheduled for me and they were more concerned with how they were gonna get paid rather than what was going on with me. My car insurance company was gonna pay for the visit and they were not at all satisfied with that. They asked me for my health insurance info. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider answer all of your questions?
