I stood at the desk for several minutes while both receptionist were on the computer or on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Not even eye contact and a motion to give me a minute. Dr. Edwards however explained the results of my MRI, walked me through my options, what recovery would look like after surgery, etc. He explained recovery time, what to wear, and pain meds if needed. Very happy with Dr. Edwards.
The entire team is always professional and friendly.
