GRRC Roofing employees (and the owner/president George Roque) have been working on a contract on Avondale Street for the last month (with many more months to go). They keep parking their vehicles in private permit parking and handicapped spaces that only handicapped residents have a permit to use. They also park on the sidewalks forcing residents with walkers, wheelchairs, canes and baby-strollers to have to use the busy industrial through-road to get past the vehicles in the slush and snow.
