Rude and unprofessional staff.
The manager is extremely rude. I asked for a ITEMIZED receipt of charges of move out of a cleaned home and never received. Took them FOREVER to fix a 2 dripping bathroom tub faucets (1 finally got fixed right before I moved out). Blinds were NEVER replaced. Proceed with caution.
