Dr. Pontikis is not only highly skilled, he delayed the start of my vein ablation, leaned back and listened to my concerns including my aversion to needles. He addressed my concerns and he pulled up one of his playlists of my favorite music genre. This distraction and his updates on the procedure's progress got me through far better than I thought was possible. I will see him again if needed as he could not have been better.
He saw my mom in Edward hospital and was so professional and personable! Great bedside manor! Yassas!
