There was a mix up with my appointment today. The receptionist was amazing and understood we came two hours to see DR. Pazos specifically for a second option. She quickly came back and said the doctor will squeeze us in. Never in my life has staff or doctor done that. Anyway Dr. Pazos is top notch. He has a great bedside manner, he explained everything and took the time to read my records as I have a slightly challenging case.
