They tried to tell me that the new prescription they gave me was correct even though driving was very blurry and that having over half of one of your eyes blurry is normal for progressives and that you have to move your head like a robot to use them. Not acceptable. Now I have to get my eyes rechecked and pays who knows how much after that to get new lenses again that are correct. They should not recommend progressives to people if it means worse vision.
Too long of a wait, waited over an hour for my son's visit.
Kim Gales, Ericka Benton and my Dr. Ries were so nice and helpful. They eased my fears and made my appointment fun. Kim helped pick out a new pair of glasses for me!
