Employee Robin ruined first pair of glasses by not following proper procedure in measuring placement for bi focal lenses. After waiting three months for glasses to come in, she adjusted frames so drastically to try to cover up her mistake, she broke the frame. The office had to pay out of pocket for new frames, new lenses and expedited shipping. Her demeanor is deplorable. She is surely, callous and argumentative. Screaming across the top of a patient's head at me as I walked out the door.
