Car was misdiagnosed and had to pay $1500 to not fix. Took it to another shop and the problem was fixed for a fraction of what I paid Nunnally.
Horrible service! Elderly parents were charged almost $900 for a diagnostic and “restocking fee” when they decided not to pay $8000 in parts for a rebuilt transmission. They changed their minds from Friday late afternoon to Monday morning. Not enough time for the part to even be shipped, and probably wasn’t even ordered. They never signed agreeing to any repair or fee for cancellation.
We just bought a car with Mia. She was wonderful and friendly! She was professional and did a great job walking us through the process.
