The Best Hip doc I know. He was attentive, compassionate and explained everything he did. Recovery time only 2 wks. So sad to hear he was retiring when I went for my 2nd hip replacement.

KNOWING WHAT MY FRIEND WENT THROUGH IM appalled that this doctor still holds a license but to find out that he doesn’t practice anymore and he’s only a consult makes me very happy but even as a consult, please be wary

Doctor Nichols operated on my right femur on April 6th 2022.He used a rod, half nail, and a screw.He visited me in my room and said I had put him thru his paces. When I got back to CT.,I had the right femur checked.It wasn't healing. There was a risk of it fracturing. I was fortunate enough that it was recognized by my excellent doctors in Connecticut. After 10 years of pain from the insanity of Dr Nicole's 2 inch botched hip replacement, I now only move in an electric wheelchair. He should not be allowed to practice.

Dr Nichols butchered me 12 surgeries 12 dislocations and that left my left leg2.5”s shorter I don’t walk well and I’ll never be the same because of this well renowned surgeon, maybe he was at a time, now he should retire. He was angry towards me because my hip wouldn’t stay in.
