Literally called to make an appointment to have regular maintenance service done and to do an inspection on my Silverado, the service writer stated that regular maintenance was rotate the tires and oil change, just had new tires, hell I can change the oil, but I wanted the actual work done that is called for in the book for a 30K mile service, I went to the service manager, I showed him the book, which calls for an oil change, chassis lubrication and a fuel filter, he stated to me "no problem, we can do that". Had to do this review to let other customers know about our experience with the Service Department. My C8 Corvette was dropped off by a flatbed truck on June 27th. Jamie Edwards met us in the parking lot as my wife and I exited the tow truck. I picked my Corvette up yesterday, July 15th. Jamie Edwards displayed what I consider a master class in customer support and service. But for Mr. Edwards' professionalism I would have sold my Corvette with 8,650 miles and never returned to GM even though I own 3 GM vehicles.
