Unprofessional. Poor communication.
The service was excellent and very fast. Only complaint i wish they still gave you the 21point inspection print out. I save all service records and I really appreciated that print out.
Had a warranty repair done. Tech Scott did a Fast, Quality repair. Steve was great and kept me informed with the process.
