Receptionist was very impatient and not helpful. I had a follow up appointment a month ago and no follow up message with instructions was emailed to me as promised. I was told I needed to submit bloodwork afterward the follow up appointment and I kept trying to send it. But the receptionist was very confused as to why I needed to send bloodwork even though I was told to do so by the nurse at the follow up appointment. The lack of communication between staff members was evident. I am definitely finding a new GI.
There has been a noticeable change in the staff at this facility, for the better. The front desk staff, the nurses and George the Operations Director are wonderful. Dr Attita is knowledgeable, caring and I am lucky to have found him.
Dr. Asia is an outstanding professional. However it is very difficult to speak
