I just visited Dr. Muller for the sixth year I believe. I came in for a routine check up. He spoke to be with friendly conversation. He asked me how I have been doing and I told him about a knee issue I have. He was concerned about that and suggested a couple of things for me. I have always felt comfortable with him. To: Virginia Cardiovascular Associates: I flew in from Florida specifically to attend this appointment with my 87-year-old mother. Unfortunately, our experience with the physician was deeply troubling and unprofessional. He came into the room, didn't look at me or greet me. He had already decided what was wrong. I told him my concerns, he implied I just needed to lose weight and refused to test me for what I was there for. I will find a different doctor.
First visit. Flipped thru some documents I provided, didn't read them, asked a couple questions, wanted to throw a pill at a problem he has not even diagnosed. Not at all impressed. Of course, this routine seems to be the status quo for all docs these days.
Ive been seeing Dr Mueller for a couple of yrs now and I’m 100% happy with him. He’s helped me with my heart issue. I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs a cardiologist.
