Had the worst customer service experience in my life. Bought a brand new 2021 Chevy trailblazer and paid for aftermarket upgrades. George Moore did not complete the requested upgrades and refused to return my monies. Instead they kept half of the monies stating that other half of the monies would be used for upgrades that came on the car at the time I purchased it; but this was not discussed at the signing, only revealed after I paid the subsequent monies for the additional upgrades. My wife and I had a great experience buying a car today from George Moore Chevrolet. I believe that we made the purchase because of how well we were treated by our salesman Michael Foerster. We were greeted cordially. We were asked what was important to us and he listened and made it happen for us. We were socially spaced and offered food and water. All in all a very nice experience.
