Dr McCluskey is personable, caring, kind, and an extremely skilled Surgeon. I traveled from Virginia to Georgia to have him perform my reverse shoulder replacement surgery. He earned my trust in one visit. He explained things well and answered all my questions and concerns. He told me 'I work for you, and we want this replacement to last you a lifetime. ' He gives you his time like you are the only patient he has. What more could a patient ask for?
From the time I arrived the staff was so attentive and spot on. I appreciate the care and attention I was given. Can’t say enough about Dr McCluskey. He explained my problem and knew exactly what to do. From Carol , Doctor to PA. My shoulder is in complete relief for the first in five months. Thanking each of you.
I am sad to post this one star rating but after many years as a patient of Dr. Verson I must find a new neurologist. Dr. Verson has been very personable & took time with me as a patient, he has been the only doctor to help relieve my migraines. Over the years it has been a time consuming nightmare to get prescription refills or prior authorizations. Many times I had to get the office manager involved on anything from billing to prescriptions. After my last scheduled visit I was treated so rudely by his front office staff tha... read more
Dr. Verson may not have to most amenable bedside manner, but his clinical expertise was evident during my appointment - I’ll take professional competence over bedside manner any day. I say this as someone who sustained nerve damage during a knee surgery, I don’t need my doctor to be my friend but I do need them to be experienced and competent.Dr. Verson identified issues that my previous neurologists hadn’t, and ordered the requisite testing. I will say that patients may have a better perceived experience if they provide Dr.... read more
I saw Dr McCluskey for a second opinion. He greeted me and my sister-in-law very warmly and personably. He reviewed my xray with me as well as my symptoms and history. He gave his opinion on what needed to be done, and did so with obvious expertise and knowledge. He answered all my questions and concerns before I even asked them. He was clear about the risk and benefits of the reverse total shoulder replacement I needed. He gained my trust in one visit.
As a physician, I appreciate the care, and post-surgical results that Dr. McCluskey obtained in performing my laparoscopic shoulder surgery. I now have pain free full range of motion. His physical therapists are excellent.
Have seen Dr Verson for years. Able to eliminate my migraines with medication. Having severe sleep issues now. The last few years it has been EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to communicate with his office and get ANY assistance between appts……which are months apart. Can leave messages until doomsday - no response. With several major concerns the last several years and the EXTREMELY SLOW RESPONSE time from him and his office….I don’t know why he would accept more patients! Very dissatisfied.
Dr. Verson took the time to explore my problems I have been having. Schedule test need for further evaluation. Dr. Verson and his staff were very nice and seemed concerned.
Again I find myself at the mercy of total incompetence. After a year of seeing Verson, (only three appointments by the way), for what he has admitted is a debilitating disease, he so much as tells me that he don't know what else to do so he is going to refer me to Emory in Atlanta. I'ts been a month since my last visit with him and Emory knows nothing about the so- called referral. His office is of course avoiding me and I am currently having to get my records sent to Emory myself. Emory is balking on an appointment because ... read more
