Like the other reviewers I can't speak high enough of the service that Jim and Nigel provide. Jim took the time to understand my needs and my situation and fully tested my eyes doing tests that no other optometrist has done in the 30+ years I have been seeing an optometrist. Nigel then recommended a series of high performance lenses to suit my script and needs. I have never been so happy with a pair of glasses these two work seamlessly together and are true professionals.
Recently took my sons there for a yearly eye test and Dr Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable and very good with kids. He made sure my boys felt comfortable throughout the process and kept me well informed. I do highly recommend his professionalism and genuinely care towards his patients.
I have been going to optometrists for over 40 years. Jim is the best! Professional, always reliable, I trust him.
I had the most professional experience with Jim and Nigel, very polite, honest, very caring and pleasant to talk to and well priced , great service, I recommend them highly.
