They emailed us a Zocdoc Patient registration form which is IMPOSSIBLE to fill out on an iPad. The page keeps zooming in to a close up and its beyond difficult to get to the next field. Has anyone in this Practice ever tried to do this? VERY USER UNFRIENDLY. I WOULD RATHER HAVE CAVITIES FILLED WITHOUT NOVACANE THAT GO THROUGH THIS TORTURE.
