They are the very worst between being very rude, unprofessional very high priced, and not understanding with people at all,,,, if you can avoid them go somewhere else
Definitely not your typical towing service in the best ways possible! They handled my family’s truck with respect and care even though it’s older. They also went above and beyond to help us salvage the cap, taking time out of their day to help us when they did not have any obligation too. Thank y’all for everything!!! I hope I never have to call y’all again but if I do, I know I’m going to be in great hands
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Nothing is worse than having arrogant and unprofessional tow truck drivers while going through a motor vehicle accident when emotions are high, making the situation worse for those in at-fault and not-at-fault entities. Their website specifically states that they are hiring and it would be in their best interest to fire these drivers that are pictured in this review. Don’t come here for work.. the owner will lie to you on the phone saying they don’t need you because they lost accounts, but yet a week later post on Facebook hiring. The only reason why I was let go was because this guy named John Garrett didn’t like me. He has 20+ years there so he will cry to the owner saying he refuses to train and then you won’t have a job.
I was very polite when I called and when I asked if they were able to give me a jump dispatch was very rude and told me call another towing before hanging up on me when I asked for the name of the towing he recommended I call. Try at your own risk.
