I am disappointed with the customer service I received from this towing company. On two separate occasions, the individuals I spoke with were rude and unprofessional. Rather than assisting me with the situation, I was repeatedly reminded that the circumstances were my fault, which I found unnecessary and inappropriate. I understand that mistakes and unfortunate situations happen, but customers contacting a towing company are often already dealing with stress. They are the very worst between being very rude, unprofessional very high priced, and not understanding with people at all,,,, if you can avoid them go somewhere else
Definitely not your typical towing service in the best ways possible! They handled my family’s truck with respect and care even though it’s older. They also went above and beyond to help us salvage the cap, taking time out of their day to help us when they did not have any obligation too. Thank y’all for everything!!! I hope I never have to call y’all again but if I do, I know I’m going to be in great hands
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Nothing is worse than having arrogant and unprofessional tow truck drivers while going through a motor vehicle accident when emotions are high, making the situation worse for those in at-fault and not-at-fault entities. Their website specifically states that they are hiring and it would be in their best interest to fire these drivers that are pictured in this review.
