Dr. George Liu is truly the best-case scenario you could hope for in a surgeon. From my first appointment, he made me feel calm, informed, and confident I was in the right hands. Scheduled an appt I had to take off of work and juggle everyones schedule around for. Appt was rescheduled 2 days before, "message was left". Why wouldnt they call again or until someone was reached? I will be taking this as a sign and finding a different Dr
Dr. Liu and his staff provided outstanding service and explained in detail the procedure and the recovery expectations. Follow-up care was just as good.
I came in as a referral for general surgery. Dr. Liu asked me to undress while he was in the room, and I asked his nurse if he meant to undress with him standing there. I was given a blanket to hold while I undressed with him in the room with me. It was uncomfortable, and I have never had this kind of experience before. We got on the topic of my fertility.
