Took forever to get an appointment and then while i was on my way to my appointment they called me 3 hours after they had opened and several hours after being aware there was a water leak in building to tell me my appointment was being canceleled. I was already on my way . My husband missed work yo take me and then they wouldn't even reschedule my appointment at that time. Dr. Liu and his staff were very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain my condition and the procedure and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Liu to anyone having foot or ankle pain.
I was referred to Dr. Liu, practicing at the UTSW Hospital in Dallas, TX, after 2 failed Morton's neuroma foot surgeries. It was incredibly difficult for Dr. Liu to figure out exactly where my foot pain was coming from; nerve damage from the previous surgeries, the excessive scar tissue, additional undiagnosed neuromas, tendon tears, or just tight tendons. He kept saying, "We are not going to just do a procedure and hope that fixes it. We will diagnose the problems and do treatments." The tests revealed 3 significant issues ... read more
I am so blessed to have had Dr Liu repair my ankle! He is excellent at explaining everything with great detail. He truly cares about people, he is amazing person and surgeon. The entire experience was very good. Everyone was so kind and caring. I loved how the nurses even spoke highly of Dr Liu and his work. Blessed!!!
